Hold Yourself Together

Your emotions are like water. The water or fluid of your emotions need to be held, so the water can be calm. You must hold yourself together. You must hold your emotions so they do not spill over their banks. Practice now so you are not swept away by the intensity of your emotions and the intensity of the emotions around you. Feel your emotions and hold them like you would your child. For they are your child. Hold them and guide them so they may find peace and fulfillment. Hold them.

Hold your emotions together and they will find their proper place. Emotions need guidance and structure, otherwise they swirl all over the place. That is what the HeartMind does. This is what I do. I hold and guide. These are the two most important principles to learn and practice. You will get it. Eventually you will be a master at this and it will become natural. It will take time. So be patient with yourself and be patient with others. You must practice patience.

It is time to return yourself to sanity, sanity of mind, sanity of HeartMind, sanity of Truth, sanity of True Love. When you hold and guide your emotions, you let go of fear. You starve fear of its fuel to drain you and to confuse you. Hold your emotions and you will starve Interference. It won’t be able to get any trigger or emotional fuel out of you and will subside and leave. Hold yourself to peace and you will be at peace.

It takes time, work and practice. So be patient with yourself. Be patient with yourself. Hold yourself to the Love and Truth that you feel for your Beloved. Hold yourself together. It is that simple. Hold yourself together and then you can guide. You can guide by being guided by Me. Adonai.
